Refund policy

Returns

In the event that an item needs to be returned we ask for notification by phone or email within 24 hours of the item arriving. Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All items are fully described as best as possible and further images can be provided in addition to those already shown on the website.

Please note these are antiques and we celebrate the imperfections! IThe item then needs to be returned to us within 14 days in the exact same condition that it left us. We will then refund the cost of the item, less the transport costs involved.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product please send it to: Churchstow, Church Lane, Houghton SO20 6LJ. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund for a product, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
